Paula Bines, Fixers ITV Changing the Perception of Pole

Paula Bines, Kay Penny, Ben Weeks and Reigate Pole Fitness's very own Samantha Causon teamed up with ITV Fixers to change the perception of Pole by taking a Pole class to Crawley Rugby clubs weekly training. Sam and Ben were put on Heart monitors whilst Poling. This showed 'Their heart rates went up to 180 in under three minutes, which concludes they reached high intensity training.' likening it to cardio vascular sport training such as sprinting, but with the added benefits of weights and flexibility training, balance and coordination which is included in static pole holds for increased muscle definition including resistance training all at a maximum intensity.
